Terms and conditions

Access to and use of the website winsocks.co are governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by the Conditions of Sale and the Personal Data Processing Policy. WINLON S.A.S., identified with NIT 901.524.562-5 and domiciled in Bogotá, D.C., Colombia, is the entity responsible for the Website and for the sale of the products offered.

1. Definitions

  • Website: Digital platform operated by WINLON S.A.S.
  • User: Natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or makes purchases on the Website.
  • Customer: User who completes a commercial transaction through the Website.
  • We / Us: WINLON S.A.S., the entity responsible for the Website and the sale of products.
  • Products: Socks and accessories sold by WINLON S.A.S. according to its current catalog.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By using the Website, the User accepts these terms in full, without limitations or reservations. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the services of WINLON S.A.S.

Every transaction is governed by the laws in force in Colombia, particularly Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) and its complementary regulations.

WINLON S.A.S. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes take effect once they are published on the Website.

3. Product availability

Products shown on the Website correspond to warehouse stock. If there is an inventory error, WINLON S.A.S. will notify the Customer about the cancellation or modification of the order and will offer alternatives, including a refund according to the refund policy.

4. Prices and payment methods

Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT and other applicable taxes. Shipping costs will be detailed during checkout.

Payments may be made by:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners).
  • Debit cards via PSE.

WINLON S.A.S. will not be responsible for payment rejections by banking institutions. The order will not be processed until payment is verified.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. WINLON S.A.S. will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.

Shipments are made through Interrapidisimo and are subject to estimated times according to the Customer’s location. If a package is lost, an investigation will be opened with the carrier to determine the corresponding solution.

6. Exchange, return, and warranty policy

6.1 Exchanges for color, model, or size

Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days after purchase if the product meets the following conditions:

  • It must not be damaged or deteriorated by actions of the Customer.
  • It must keep original tags, invoice, accessories, and packaging.
  • It must not show signs of use, dirt, or wear.
  • It must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

6.2 Warranties

Warranties may be requested within 60 days after purchase. They do not cover:

  • Damage from improper use.
  • Natural wear.
  • Incorrect washing.
  • Alterations made by the Customer.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds apply for manufacturing defects or dispatch errors. The refund will be made through the same payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only if the error is attributable to WINLON S.A.S.

  • Bank transfer: up to 30 business days after the product is received.
  • Card reversal: up to 30 business days, according to the timelines of the financial institution.

7. E-commerce security

Transactions are made through a secure SSL connection. WINLON S.A.S. does not store financial information. Payments are processed through a certified platform.

8. Personal data processing policy

WINLON S.A.S. processes personal data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. Data will be used only for commercial management, orders, and communications.

Customers may know, update, correct, or delete their data by contacting WINLON S.A.S. through the official channels.

9. Intellectual property

All website content is owned by WINLON S.A.S. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Liability and disclaimer

WINLON S.A.S. will not be responsible for:

  • Errors in the information provided by the Customer.
  • Network failures that affect the availability of the site.
  • Indirect damages arising from use of the site.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bogotá, D.C.
